Day 26

Morning weigh in 161.4-guess the carb overload didn't hit me too much. I've been stuck on this weight for awhile but I think its in part due to only watching what I'm eating & haven't been working out. I need to get better at managing my workout time, studying & work. :(
B- Fiber One bar
S- handful of M&Ms during a training session
L- smart ones frozen dinner (310 cal)
D- ??

Exciting news: I think we are going to put in a bid on building a house this week!

  1. Hang in there, JAK! You know what you need to do to get 'er done. You should pay yourself a dollar for evey 1/2 hour you spend in exercise so that at the end of every month you can go buy yourself something special. Keep your money jar right by your treadmill as inspiration!
