B- Breakfast cassorole (250 cal) & some fruit (50 cal)
L- Smart Ones rice & beans (310 cal)
S- ice cream bar for our office olympics (a stress break from tax season) (180 cal)
D- Soup (150 cal)
That'll get me to 940 cal so I still have some wiggle room to get me to 1250 which is my goal for the day.
