Morning weigh in: 160.8 yuck!
B- granola bar (100 cal)
L- smart ones chicken enchilada (290 Cal)
D- PB & J sandwich & pretzels
E- going to walk down 13 flights of stairs today when I leave work-last time I did this I was sore for 4-5 days. I guess it uses different muscles than a treadmill. I'm going to try to do this every week at least once a week.
Also going to do some crunches & dumbbell stuff for my arms.
